Yes. For all lockout services (residential, automotive, and commercial), we require proof of ownership or residency. For home lockouts, a photo ID matching the address is needed. For car lockouts, a driver's license and vehicle registration. This protects you and ensures we only open locks for their rightful owners.

Rekeying changes the internal pins of your existing lock cylinder so old keys no longer work and new keys are provided. You should rekey when you move into a new home, after losing a key, when a tenant or employee leaves, or anytime you want to ensure previous key holders no longer have access. It's more affordable than full lock replacement.

Yes. As long as you have proof of vehicle ownership (title or registration) and a valid photo ID, we can cut and program a replacement key for most vehicle makes and models — even without the original key.

In the vast majority of cases, we use non-destructive entry techniques that leave your lock and door completely intact. If a situation requires destructive entry, we will always discuss this with you and provide a cost estimate for any hardware that may need replacement before proceeding.
